Jusnativ instasip is an anytime-anywhere drink made with all-natural ingredients. Spices play very important role in digestive function, and the Indian tradition has a long history of use of spice in food as medicines to prevent and treat diseases. Fresh ingredients are sundried like how it was done traditionally to enhance the levels of antioxidants and preserve the nutrients. Consuming these brews regularly enhances general health by replenishing the body with vital nutrients.
We are looking for distribution partners :
1. All our sale will be made through the distributor only.
2. The distributor should have a good network of dealers/retailers to place our products in retail stores for sale.
3. The distributor is expected to invest an amount 0f Rs.5lakhs initially.
4. There will be only one distributor per city who will have dealers and retailers under them.
5. They are expected to make a minimum turnover of 5lakhs per month initially. This will be revised periodically.
6. The stocks will be delivered on receipt of full payment only (no credit will be provided).
7. The indicative mrp of each sachet will be Rs.15/piece for instasip.
8. The distributor will be provided with a flat 40% discount on the MRP. The discounted price will be inclusive of 18% GST.
9. The distributor to decide his margin and the discount to be provided for the dealers/retailers. However, we will provide indicative values to make the percentage common all over.
10. The stocks once sold will not be taken back.
11. The price mentioned is ex-factory.
